I also witnessed when everyone is switched on and moving in the same direction how projects move forward naturally like waves, fueled by the momentum within the team.
My eternal optimism and impatience have awarded me with conviction that every thing is figuroutable. Once I spotted the pattern that productivity is a product of team engagement, that ultimately the success is end result of a clarity of direction, alignment of the teams with that direction and coordinated actions, I set out to make “Strategy“ accessible to everyone; from start-ups & scale-ups to mammoth corporates. In that process, I discovered advanced collaboration tools & techniques which could be used to solve problems at every stage of the journey. This is how Solved Together was born.
